The 10th London Photo Walk – Portabello Market, Notting Hill
Sat 20th Nov 12 midday walking up the whole of Portobello Road Market
We had a fantastic walk up the length of Portobello Road Market. It was a great subject for photography, with so many characters running the stalls and such interesting trinkets and wares on display. The main difficulty was the density of the crowds though very hard to get a clear shot without someone walking in to frame – despite that we have an absolutely cracking set of photos.
There were some more new faces, so good to meet more keen photographers and see the different ways that people interpret the same subjects.
Very tough to choose the winner again this walk but our top choice goes to FastFiftyPhoto for his shot ‘Who Needs Gloves’:
Our other fav shots from the walk are:

I’m really looking forward to this, my first time on one of these photo walks. Where is the meeting point?

I have just put the meeting and finishing points in to the post above – starting outside the earl of Lonsdale and finishing at the Fat Badger. Looking forward to seeing you all on Sat!
