Location: Brick Lane and Shoreditch meeting at the Ten Bells Pub, 12 midday.

Well it did not snow in the end and mercifully did not rain either! My hands are still frozen in the shape of a camera though.

We had a fantastic turn up, fifteen of us at one point!

We loved seeing all the funky different styles of cameras people brought – we even had a vintage Polaroid (see pic below)!

Brick Lane proved a great location, plenty of interesting people and places to point a camera at.

Don’t forget to upload your photos after the walk to our Pix.ie photo group so we can see all the shots and keep a record of the walks: London Photo Walk Upload Page

It was a tough call for our top shot this walk but with the help of Pix.ie’s founder Marcus Mac Innes we’ve chosen the following…

Location: Southbank, meeting on the green outside the London Eye. 12.00 Midday Sun 29th Nov

We could not have chosen a more miserable, wet day for the first photo walk! So well done to the ruddy team that turned up and put a brave face on things, looking at the pics it was certainly worth it.

It was such a fun day and so great to meet everyone, chat, snap and walk.

We ended up spending half the time sheltering in pubs/bars and the other half walking up and down the Southbank.

We ended the walk with a trip in the fantastic London Eye. Big thanks go to Anna Brown and the London Eye team for kindly donating a pod, it really was a memorable way to end the first photo walk.

Here’s our pick for favourite shot – Too Wet to Fly by Mikey Fletch:
